In general, the best way to contact the directors is by e-mail. We check e-mail at least twice per day- before school and during our 8th period conference.
The band directors do not answer the phone when teaching. This includes during before and/or after school sectional rehearsals. When leaving a voice mail message, please briefly state the nature of your call and the phone number at which you can be reached.
The directors try to return all phone calls within 24 hours. Most of the time, calls are returned on the same day they are received. |
