Hopefully the following information will help you prepare for registration at Wunderlich.
Please pick up a registration packet from the front office. There will be three different packets depending on your child’s grade level. Along with the packet you will need to provide the following items:
• Proof of Residence in Parents’ name (electric, water or natural gas bill/lease agreement)
• End of Year Report Card
• STAAR Scores/State Assessments Scores
• Immunization Records
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Parent’s Identification
• Pertinent Legal Papers (Divorce Decree…POA) when applicable
• Name, address and contact numbers from last school attended
• Copy of ARD or 504 Paperwork when applicable
Unfortunately we may not be able to process your child’s registration if you do not have all the paperwork.
