| Grade Computation- Theatre Arts |
DAILY GRADES-20%- Grades are based on the student being prepared for class and their willingness and eagerness to participate.
QUIZ GRADES-20%- Grades are based on vocabulary quizzes, homework quizzes and journal quizzes.
MAJOR GRADES-60%- Grades are based on the students mastery of the units covered, by means of performances and written tests. There is one, comprehensive open notebook test per six weeks. |

Later Policy |
DAILY GRADES- If an assignment is one day late, the grade could be deducted by 25pts. After one day late, the grade could be a zero. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
MAJOR GRADES- If an assignment is one day late, 11pts. could be deducted. If an assignment is two days late, 21pts. could be deducted. After two late days, the grade could be a zero. Again, extenuating circumstances will be consider. The comprehensive, open notebook test will not be taken for a late grade.
An excused absence from school does not count as a late day. The student has as many days to make up the assignment, as the number of days he/she missed as an excused absence. |

Grade Computation- Social Studies |
DAILY GRADES-40%- There will be at least 6 daily grades, per six weeks. Some types of daily grades are Warm-up quizzes, notes quizzes and other sorts of quizzes.
MAJOR GRADES-60%- There will be at least 3 Major Grades, per six weeks. Some types of Major grades are tests and other types of projects. |
