All registration for the July 2012 TAKS exit level retests will be online only. TAKS examinees must register online at www.TexasAssessment.com/taksoos. Registration for the July exit level tests opens April 30, 2012 and ends at 5:00 PM (CT), June 8, 2012. Examinees can continue to register at a participating campus on the day of testing, if the campus can accommodate them. The TAKS exit level tests will be administered on July 9, 2012 (English language arts); July 10, 2012 (mathematics); July 11, 2012 (science); and July 12, 2012 (social studies). A list of participating campuses can be found at www.TexasAssessment.com/oosTestSites.

On the day(s) of testing, examinees should arrive at the test site 30 minutes before the designated testing time. Examinees MUST present picture identification, such as a driver’s license, DPS ID, military ID, school ID, or resident alien card to test. Examinees will not be allowed to take the test(s) without a picture ID.
