For help with Transition issues specific to you or your student, seek the help of your campus Case Manager and/or Developmental teacher. They have access to all of the information contained on this site, and they will often know how this information fits your individual situation.

Transition is usually discussed during each annual ARD meeting, and the Transition goals often guide course selection, graduation outcomes, and contacts with post-high school providers.
