Doerre Pageturners Book Club
We will continue to meet twice (8:15-8:45 and 4:00-4:30) on the first Wednesday of every month. The book we have chosen as our February book is Shug. We will meet to discuss it March 12th. Happy Reading!
8th grade LA
We are finished with our last novel of the year. For the last 6 weeks, we will complete a poetry unit and a mythology unit. Remember to check the calender frequently and stay focused during the last stretch of 8th grade.
Reading Improvement
We are beginning a new novel, The Wanderer. It is a great help to have a copy of this novel at home in case you get behind on the reading.
