 Welcome to my class! I have been teaching physical education for 20 years. I believe physical education is one of the most important classes you will ever take. Educating yourself on what to eat and how to exercise your body is one of the most necessary skills you will need and use for the rest of your life! Remember, we will not be issued a new body for graduation; this is your one and only! What you do with it now will affect how it performs for you later.
We teach team and individual sports in the class. I want to expose you to as much variety as possible. I want you to find something that you enjoy so you will be more likely to participate for a lifetime. You do not have to be good at it, you just have to like it and participate to be successful! I look forward to a great year in 2007-2008.
