Why should you take private lessons? |
All of the world's greatest musicians have had outstanding private instruction on their instrument. Private lessons are extremely valuable for both the student and the band program. The private lesson provides individual instruction with a professional musician for thirty minutes each week to work on some of the problems that, because of time, cannot be addressed in a band class. We have private teachers available for every instrument. If you are interested in placing your student in the private lesson program for the school year, please contact us as soon as possible so the teachers can be notified as soon as possible. Although it is not required, most of the top students in the band program are taking private lessons. Private lessons are taught before or after school on specified days of the week. Students and parents will be informed what day of the week lessons will be available for their particular instrument. |
