SIXTH GRADE PARENTS:
The Texas Department of State Health Services has added new immunization requirements for students entering the seventh grade.
You should check with your physician to make sure your child’s Immunizations are up to date.
Your child MUST have the following immunizations before the first day of classes in August 2009.
1. Meningococcal Vaccine
2. Varicella Vaccine: 2 doses are now required. Most students have already received the first vaccine and now a second one is required. If your child had the chicken pox disease the varicella immunization is not necessary.
3. Tdap: This immunization replaces the TD (tetanus booster). The immunization will be required if it has been more than 5 years since your child's last immunization that contained tetanus.
For further information please contact your physician or the school nurse, Mrs. Streeter @ 832-249-5890. |

FIREWORKS ON CAMPUSES |
Shooting fireworks or explosive devices of any kind in the building or on the campus, at any time, during the day or night, is forbidden. Students with such paraphernalia in their possession on the campus will be subject to suspension or expulsion |
|
PCS NetCASH Machine |
The NetCash Machine, located in the cafeteria, allows students to put money in their lunch account. Students may use the NetCash machine before school or during lunch. Checks may be given to the cafeteria cashier.
When students go through the lunch line, they simply enter their PIN number and, as extra security, Birthdate, and their account is debited. This speeds up the lunch lines and allows students more time to sit, eat and visit with friends!
