Dear Patriots and Families,

I hope that each and every one of you had a thoughtful and thankful holiday for Thanksgiving! I enjoyed my holiday so much, spending time with my three grandchildren and their families!! I also read two books...I practice what I preach!!

We are on a sort of "count down" til the Christmas holidays, til the new year, til the next report card! I feel like I get something completed and...here it comes again...like report cards...and new years!!

We have lots of fun activities coming up in the next several weeks. One will be our annual "Gingerbread Houses." We look forward to this "sweet" activity every year. Mrs. Cole and I will soon be sending home a note telling you what your child is responsible for bringing!

We have another Bookshare due this Friday, December 5, and then #7 is due on Friday, December 19!

We are going to be enjoying some holiday entertainment from Klein High Orchestra and several other groups!

So you can see we are anticipating a busy and delightful December!

Thanks for continuing to check your child's agenda...thanks, too, for seeing to it that he/she reads each evening!
