The Klein Collins Band Association (KBCA) is the organization made up of all band and colorguard parents. You are a member automatically if you have a son or daughter in the Tiger Band. The encouragement and support KCBA has provided is why the Klein Collins Band program has developed into such an outstanding one in a short period of time.
