Welcome to Klein Oak Chemistry. My name is Nancy Welch and I have been at Klein Oak for 4 years. Years ago I earned a B.S. degree with a chemistry major from Purdue University and have enjoyed teaching for many years.

The chemistry courses at Klein Oak are designed to give students a basic understanding of many chemical principles and to show the use and importance of chemistry in our society.

As a parent I recognize the importance of strong communications between the teacher and the parents. I encourage you to talk with your student about their school work and to check their grades regularly. Please do not hesitate to email or call me if you have any concerns or questions. By working together we can help your child to succeed.
