Forms for summer registration have been published on Kleinisd.net for new students. Parents can go to the district home page and follow the links to view or complete and print forms needed for registration. From the district home page www.kleinisd.net

Parents can fill these out, print and bring to registration to save time filling out the forms on campus.


Registration begins on August 4th through August 13th. Parents should bring the completed forms listed above and the following documents to Northampton between 8-11 and 1-3:
1.Proof of Residence (No telephone bills)
2.Social Security Card (If you have one)
3. Proof of Identity of student
4. Immunization or Vaccination Card that is updated
5. Report Card from last school attended.
