Welcome to Kindergarten! We are so excited to begin the year with our new Proud Patriots! We will be having so much fun, and learning as we go! Kindergartners will enjoy beginning the year making new friends and learning to recognize and read names. We will read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, and make our own coconut tree with our names climbing to the top! We will tour the building, learning important places, as we look for Corduroy’s button! In September, we will learn all about apples; measuring them, describing them, and EATING apple products! We will talk about our senses, and use them as we enjoy all of these activities. Wow! We are going to be very busy! Everyone—future Kindergartners and future First Graders—we encourage you to read, read, read! It is also good to write about special activities, days, and trips during the summer. Have a fun, safe summer, and we will see you all at Mittelstädt in August!
