Nurse Notes |
Please keep your children home when they are sick. Do not send a child to school that has had fever. Children must be fever free for 24 hours without the need of Tylenol or Motrin to control their fever, before they may return to school. Do not send a child to school that has vomiting or diarrhea. If you are not sure when to keep your child home you may check the student handbook, call me in the clinic @ 832-484-7912, or check with your doctor. When your child comes to school ill they can spread their illness to others. In addition, your child needs time to recover properly at home and will not perform well academically if they are sick.

Vision and Hearing Screening |
If you received a letter stating your child did not pass the vision and/or hearing screening, please take them for a professional exam. If you have any questions or need assistance please call me. |
