Attendance |
Students are tardy at 8:20 and absent for the day at 10:00. If your child is absent, please call Mrs. Majkszak in the Attendance Office at 832-484-6289. If you are directed to her voice mail, please leave your child's name, teacher, and reason for absence.

Early Dismissal |
Students needing to leave school before the 3:15 P.M. dismissal time should bring a written note to the school office at the beginning of the school day. At the stated dismissal time a parent or guardian must come into the school office and sign the student out before the student may leave campus. Every effort will be made to have the student waiting in the office ready to leave.

Visitors at School |
Parents are always welcome to visit, volunteer, or eat lunch. However, anytime you are on campus, you must sign in at the front office and wear a name tag. This is to insure the safety of Lemm students and staff. Please do not be offended if we ask you to go back and get a name tag.

|
Busing |
All students must ride their designated bus. If a student is going to get off at a different stop, due to an emergency, he/she must have a written note from the parent, that has been approved by the principal. Students should bring their notes to the office at the beginning of the school day. The student will then be given a pass which must be presented to the driver before the student boards the bus.

Phone Messages |
We would appreciate it if you would talk with your child beforehand about transportation or after school activities. If there is a change in plans, please call early in the day. It is school policy not to interrupt classes with intercom messages.
Students may use the phone in the office after securing a pass from their classroom teacher.
If you would like to talk with your child's teacher, you may leave a message on his/her voice mail. Teachers check their voice mail during the day and return calls during their conference period or before or after school.
If the message is regarding how your child will get home from school that day or medical issues, please call the main number, 832-484-6300 and push zero.
