Because reading is so important, the Kuehnle Library is sponsoring a summer reading program for the months of June and July.
Students in grades K-2 are encouraged to read a picture book or a chapter of a chapter book for five days each week.
Students in grades 3-5 are being asked to read for 30 minutes a day for five days each week.
Students who return the completed reading log to the library the first week of school will receive a prize from the treasure chest.
