Information YOU MUST HAVE to register any child:

Parent/Guardian picture ID

ORIGINAL Birth Certificate

Social Security Card for each child

Immunization Records that are up to date

Proof of Residence - Electric Bill, lease/mortgage agreement, a current water bill or gas bill. ***Telephone bills or cable bills will not be accepted***(If you are residing with another family, you must have the homeowner come in with you to provide proof of residency and driver's license to complete notarized affidavit each year. The parent has 30 days to provide three documents showing their proof of residence for the address in use. If you are a returning student all documents for the affidavit must be completed when the form is filled out. If you have any questions please call the Registrar's Office at 832-484-7444.)

Pre-K Elegibilty:

Must be 4 years of age by Sept.1, 2008.

Qualifications are based on household income which requires a copy of IRS Form 1040 and 2 check stubs from the previous month. Proof of household income is required for PreK.

Students with limited English will be tested by the Kreinhop staff.

Kindergarten Eligibility:

Must be 5 years of age by Sept. 1, 2008.

We will need to see original documents, but if you make copies ahead of time and bring them along with the original, it will save time.If you have any questions please contact:
