Kindergarten Round Up - May 6th at 9:00 a.m.
To register, children must reach the age of five on or before September 1, 2008, and must register at the school serving their attendance zone.
At time of registration, parents must present proof of identity for the child (birth certificate is preferred) and a complete immunization health record from a licensed physician.
Parents must show proof of residence in the Klein ISD. Please bring one of the following to the Round Up:
* a lease agreement
* a light bill with your name and address on it
* a water bill with your name and address on it
* a gas bill with your name and address on it

Pre-Kindergarten Round Up - May 8th at 9:00 a.m.
Klein ISD provides a half-day pre-kindergarten program for children who will be four years of age on or before September 1, 2008, meeting one or both of the following criteria:
1. LIMITED ENGLISH LANGUAGE - To enroll as Limited English Language Proficient, the child must be present and be administered a test to establish if he/she can speak and comprehend in the English language. If there is a need for English language development, the child may qualify.
2. LIMITED INCOME - Limited in come is based on low-income guidelines applied equally across the state of Texas. It is based on household income and the number of members in the family. Guidelines are available from each prekindergarten school.
