To report an absence, call 832-484-7200, choose "3" for Attendance, then choose "1" to report absence. Call between 8:00 and 10:00 A.M.

Morning arrival time for students is from 7:45 a.m. until 8:10 a.m. Your assistance is needed to have your child at school by 8:10 a.m. every morning. The tardy bell rings at 8:20 am. This is the time all students are to be in their classrooms ready for learning.

Please assist us in the handling of custody related issues. It is the responsibility of the parents to provide the principal a certified copy of the court order affecting any other person's right to their children.

Students may be dropped off at the school starting at 7:45 A.M. This is 30 minutes prior to the start of school. At 7:45 A.M. students will be directed into the school cafeteria or gym to wait for dismissal to class at 8:10 A.M.

3:10 - Car Riders and Bike Riders

Car riders will meet their ride near the flagpole. Students will be dismissed to the front porch to wait for their ride. Please remain in your car and staff will assist your child to your car as you pull forward into the loading area.

Please have your child's name visible in print on the right corner of your windshield and remind your child to watch for your car as you move into the loading area.

Walkers and Bike Riders will be dismissed from the west side of the building near the bike racks. Students are to walk on the sidewalk and cross the street with the crossing guard. Bike riders are to walk their bikes to the first crossing guard.

The Kohrville School Store is open on Tuesday and Thursday to sell school supplies to parents and students. It is open from 7:45 until 8:05 a.m.
