Coyote Council |
Advisor: Mrs. Hagens
Under the leadership of Coyote Council, Kohrville collected over 250 stuffed animals during the "Dive Into Summer" campaign. These stuffed animals will bring "sunshine" to the lives of patients at Texas Children's Hospital.

This is a publication for the students by the students. It is published every 4-6 weeks. This newsletter will consist of information from our Student Council, work samples of students, and upcoming student events.

Destination Imagination |
Advisors: Mrs. Rodriguez and Mrs. Wilfong
Teams of 5-7 students work together to apply creativity, critical thinking, and their personal talents to solve a Team Challenge. Challenges are solved over a period of eight weeks. Kohrville has 4 competitive teams.
These teams will compete in a tournament on February 28 at MacArthur High School in Aldine. |

Orff |
Advisor: Mrs. Arboleda
Students play a variety of instruments, such as xylophones, metalphones, rhythm instruments, hand chimes, and drums. Fourth and fifth graders sign up at the beginning of each semester. Orff meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:25 A.M. for rehearsals.

Advisor: Nikki Johnson
Fifth Grade Orchestra Classes at Kohrville are held before school every Tuesday and Thursday. Class begins at 7:00 AM. Students play violins, violas, cellos, and basses. |
