Hi! I'm Keith Markuson, and I'm one of the directors of the Klein High School Orchestra. We have several performing groups that are part of the orchestra, including the Chamber Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Sinfonietta. The Klein HS Orchestra has won many awards, including First Divisions at UIL Contests, Best in Class at the South Coast Music Festival, and State Honor Orchestra in 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2007.

In addition to my classes at KHS, I also assist the Chamber Orchestras at Kleb Intermediate and Doerre Intermediate. I also teach 5th Grade Orchestra at Krahn Elementary. Our goal is to help each member of the orchestra reach their potential as a musician, and as a member of the ultimate team - the Symphony Orchestra.
