The faculty and staff of Klein Intermediate School are happy to announce the selection of Ms. La Shandra Haynes as Teacher of the Year for 2008-2009.

Klein Intermediate has been recognized as one of the national Speak Up 200 Schools for our school's particpation in the 2007 NetDay SpeakUp event. We are 1 of 200 schools distinguished from the 10,000 schools nationwide that participated. Through our participation in Speak Up day, Klein Intermediate students are able to have their views on technology in education heard by education planners and decision makers at the state and national levels.
