IRIS is a program used by Klein ISD to quickly and efficiently inform parents about school news. Messages are sent to parents both through e-mail and phone. IRIS may be used for both emergency and important non-emergency messages.
In order to receive the messages sent by IRIS, it is important for parents to have current contact information in the system. IRIS is originally set to the contact information entered in Klein ISD’s computer system. However, parents can choose to change or add contact information to the IRIS system in order to direct messages to certain e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
