2007-2008 TAKS Testing Dates |
Please make every effort to avoid scheduling appointments on these dates.
March 5, 2008: 7th Grade Writing TAKS 8th Grade Reading TAKS
April 8, 2008: Math TAKS - 8th Grade only
April 29, 2008: Math TAKS - 6th and 7th Grade
April 30, 2008: Reading TAKS - 6th and 7th Grade
May 1, 2008: Science TAKS - 8th Grade only
May 2, 2008: Social Studies TAKS - 8th Grade only
8th grade students must pass the Reading and Math TAKS tests to be promoted to the 9th grade. If you have any questions about the new state requirements for grade advancement, please follow this link to the Texas Education Agency's Student Assessment webpage.
