Our Benignus Leopards love the library! Not only is it a beautiful and fun place to visit, but we have fabulous new books to support classroom learning and personal enjoyment! With over 15,000 books in our library, our students are sure to find something of interest to them! My goal is to both support the curriculum and encourage a life-long love of reading. Students, parents, and teachers, as well as community members, will always be welcome to visit and check out books in the Benignus library. We will have story time, author visits, learn about using the library to locate books, learn how to use online resources for doing research, and will explore new and favorite authors and books. We have a year-long motivational reading program in which we hope your child will participate, and we encourage 3rd-5th graders to read the Texas Bluebonnet Books.
