TEKS are the Texas Essential Knowledg and Skills that students take the TAKS test over. Basically, students learn the TEKS in class and take a TAKS test over them at the end of the year. Every week, we will dissect a TEK that is the focus of a lesson. The TEK will be posted here and if students come to class on Monday with the TEK successfully dissected, they can earn a free 100 in the gradebook or Avant bucks.
