Hi! I'm Joel Mellen and I will be teaching Computer Science at Klein Oak this year. This is my first year at Klein Oak High School, but 9th year teaching. I was raised in Michigan, and attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.

I will also be the Head Boys Soccer Coach, I have 3 years experience as a J.V. guys and Girls coach, and 1 year as a head Girls Coach. I have also been a head Cross Country Coach for 7 years, Head Wrestling for 2 years with 1 state Champion, and numerous volunteer soccer coaching experience since I was 16. In total I have over 20 years of coaching experience.
