SWIM PRACTICE WILL RESUME ON MONDAY, MAY 4th.
We are off to a GREAT start! I think everyone is having a good time and the KO coach and swimmers are pleased to see such effort from our swimmers! We are doing a good job of being on time and use our time well. We need to keep trying to keep track of our belongings, especially in the locker room. It is best to bring a swim bag and keep your personal items in it and just be responsible. Keep it up!!!
Due to our large numbers, we are doing 2 runs to Krimmel in the mornings. If you can make it at 6:45 and I am there, you may get in the water with me and get out early to leave at 8:10. The others will get into the pool at 7 and remain in the pool until 8 and leave at 8:30.

Both the girls' and the boys' teams were victorious against Wunderlich on April 23rd! Results will be posted outside room 204.

The up-coming meet at Klein Collins on May 7th is canceled due to the UIL State ruling due to health precautions. This is the only meet cancled at this time!

I need officials for the meet and timers even if it is not at our pool. If you can help with these things, be sure to attend the meet and jump in to help. I may need help getting swimmers to their events but I hope after our practice meet they see how it will work and can get themselves to the blocks on time. MUCH THANKS to those of you who timed, helped provide food for hospitality, and helped keep the swimmers pumped up - your cheers were appreciated! We will need the same thing on May 14th for our next BIG home meet at KO.

EVERY SWIMMER needs a current physical on file. KISD Physicals were offered on Monday, April 13th after school. IF you did not get one and did not have one at the end of last year for this current year, you can not swim or practice until you get one. Swimmers need to see a PE teacher for the current PINK form to fill out.

Our meet on May 7th is canceled due to the State UIL decision on health precautions. See you at practice.
