|
World Geography is the study of the world. It is a subject, which requires the student to know something from both the natural and social sciences including cartography, climatology, agronomy, demography, hydrography, economics, political science, sociology and history. Using the tools learned from these different sciences the student will study the various regions of the earth. |

Why study World Geography? Well, it is your world and here is a small part of the owner’s manual. You should read the owners manual before using whatever product that you purchase. However, if you are like me, then you open up the box and start using whatever it is and then look at the owner’s manual if you have a problem. This approach might be successful if you have already used a cell phone or DVD player before, but for something as complicated as the world you should really study it before you use it. Oh, and guess what, you use the world simply by living in it. Your everyday choices in life affect the world around you.
We are all part of this world and we will all make changes to it. Since even the smallest person can change the world, you should try to make those changes good ones. |
