Klein ISD International Baccalaureate Programme


Directions for completing the application:

1. Complete and sign the Student Application for Admittance form.
2. Complete and sign the Parent Information form.
3. Attach a copy of your most recent report card.
4. Send these two forms to the following address by Feb. 28, 2010:

Mrs. Linda Garner, IB Coordinator
Klein Oak High School
22603 Northcrest Dr.
Spring, Texas 77389

5. Give a Teacher Reference form to your English, math, and one
other teacher. Ask them to complete the form and send it to
Mrs. Linda Garner at the address listed above by Feb. 28, 2010.


Once all of the forms have been received, you will be notified of an interview date sometime in March. The interview process takes a few weeks; you will be notified by mail of your status.

Download and print this application. Then, download and print the teacher reference form below.

Print three copies of the teacher reference form. Give one to your English teacher, one to your math teacher, and one to a teacher of your choice. Ask them to send the completed form to Mrs. Linda Garner, IB Coordinator at Klein Oak High School, 22603 Northcrest Dr., Spring, TX. 77389 by the application deadline. If they teach in KISD, they may send the reference form to Mrs. Garner via interdistrict mail.
