I am an ESL/Read 180 teacher for 6th,7th, and 8th grade. This will be my third year as a member of the Wunderlich Wildcat family. Before teaching in Klein ISD, I was an ESL teacher in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District for three years.

I have a B.A. in Anthropology from Texas A&M University, and I am currently pursuing a M.Ed from Sam Houston State University in History.

Although I am a native Houstonian, I spent most of my life living overseas. My travels have taken me all over the world, including: Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Netherlands, South Africa, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Of course there have been many stops in between! I feel I can relate to many of my ESL students because of my personal experiences learning new languages, and about new cultures.

I look forward to working with your child, and I am looking forward to an awesome 2009-2010 school year. This year we will reach for the stars!
