Information you must bring for KN and PK Round-up:
Original Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Records
Proof of Residence- Electric Bill or lease/mortgage agreement.
***Telephone bills will not be accepted
Parents/Guardian picture ID
We will need to see the original documents, but if you make copies ahead of time and bring them along, it will save time.
* * Pre-K Parents also need to bring eligibility information.
