General Announcements:

1. The 20 Book Challenge begins the first day of school! Make this the year you read 20 books! I will be reading 20 books with the kids this year, and I encourage all parents to set that as their goal as well.
2. 8th grade Honors ELA will be reading the books Night (by Elie Weisel), The Giver (by Lois Lowry), and The Pearl (by John Steinbeck). I am taking orders, so please ask your child about the order form I sent home.
3. Lesson Plans for all my classes are located under the Download section.
5. Documents I give to 8th grade Honors are located in the Classwork section.
6. The Writing Club is meeting Mondays, before school at 8:15.
