I think teaching is the most important profession. We are in charge of making our future leaders. Teachers need to be stern, fair, caring, and loving. We need to meet the needs of all of our students no matter what type of learner they are. Teachers impact a child's life and can make a difference too. Without teachers, no other professions would be possible. Teachers plant the seeds of future doctors, lawyers, veternarians, and even presidents. Teaching is not only the most important profession, but also the most rewarding.

I believe that in order to teach a student you need to get to know that student and find out how that student learns. Every child is unique in his or her abilities and I believe it is my job to help them reach their highest potential. I love teaching because I love to see the joy in children's faces when they have learned or understood something for the first time.
