"There is no greater job than that of a teacher. Each day I get to be inspired by some of the most creative, energetic, enthusiastic and intelligent fourth graders in all of Klein ISD. My classroom represents a family who work together and treat one another with respect and kindness. I want my students to feel comfotable, confident and happy in our classroom. When they feel this way they are ready to do their best work and achieve things they never thought possible."

All of them come to us with their minds avid for learning and it is our responsibility that their academic needs are fulfilled according to the level of their skills and abilities. "Every child deserves the opportunity for a great education. And the best education is not where they only learn the basic subjects of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. They also need to be challenged in higher-level, critical thinking skills - to infer and ask the question "Why?". I hope to instill a hunger to find out more about subjects beyond what is in the textbooks. Learning is an exciting and a life-long activity. It is a journey to be enjoyed, especially for our young students. It will be a great year at Eiland Elementary!"
