The Ehrhardt PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is a non-profit organization made up of the parents and staff of Ehrhardt Elementary School. The purpose of the Ehrhardt PTO is to promote the welfare of children in the school, home and community; to enrich the education of children; and to foster communication, understanding, cooperation and a sense of community among students, parents, and faculty and school administrators.
Each year, the PTO and volunteers at Ehrhardt plan and coordinate fundraising events to provide many exciting learning opportunities, social activities and enriching programs for the students at Ehrhardt Elementary. All of the funds raised by the Ehrhardt PTO are then dispersed to activities, equipment, and educational tools within our school.
We are very appreciative of the wonderful volunteers that give their time and talents to help make Ehrhardt a wonderful place to learn. As officers of the PTO, we strongly encourage you to get involved with your students scholastic career. This can be accomplished in various ways. There are many opportunities to do things from home as well as at the school. The PTO can only be as successful as its family of members, so please join us in helping our childrens precious years of elementary school become wonderful memories in the future. Box Tops
General Mills Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Soup Labels programs are free, easy ways to raise money for our school. Just clip the box tops and labels and send them to school. The school earns money for each label that is returned. We will be collecting these throughout the year or we have a drop box in the front office. Last Year Ehrhardt earned over $2000.00 from box tops for educational programs!

Hospitality/Teacher Appreciation
Ehrhardt elementary hospitality helps teachers feel loved and appreciated. Hospitality provides lunch or breakfast monthly and occasionally puts small treats in teachers/staff boxes. PTO Activities
P.T.O. provides volunteers and raises money for all the extra-curricular and cultural arts programs at Ehrhardt Elementary School. Funds are also provided for instructional consumables, teacher classroom funds and classroom holiday parties. Volunteering your time is both fun and rewarding! There is a job waiting for every one. Even if you have only a few extra minutes each month, our Volunteer Coordinator can help you find a volunteer job that you will enjoy. Remember, not all jobs require spending time at school. Volunteering is a great way to get to know the school, the faculty and other parents; and your children will love seeing you up at school! This year, PTO has an exciting time planned.
