The
Parent Link automated calling system will be in effect on Tuesday, August 24, 2010. The system will initiate a phone call to the parent or guardian's primary phone number on file for any student reported absent. Calls will be made each school day by 11:00 a.m. Therefore, parents should call the Ehrhardt Attendance office at 832-484-6200 by 10:00 a.m. to report an absence.
Please leave your message with the name of the child, grade, reason for absence and who is making the call. REMINDER: Even though these calls are initiated to the primary call number, this does not excuse the absence. The parent or guardian is responsible for following up with a note, medical excuse or phone call within 5 days of the absence. Three or more absences not verified within a 10 day period will be considered unexcused and parents or guardians will receive a letter from the District Attorney's Office regarding the student's excessive absences.
