Mr. Tanner Ledford, head orchestra director at Klein Oak High School, made mp3s of all of the region etudes to help you practice! :) Go to the Klein Oak Orchestra site and click on "Misc." Then you have to save the file to your computer (not all of them will play when you click on them).

There are different speeds for each of the etudes: 60%, 80%, and 100% of the marked tempos.

Dear Doerre Parents and Students,

My name is Aimee Rojas, and I am excited to be at Doerre Intermediate for the 2010-2011 school year as the assistant orchestra director. I grew up in Sugar Land, TX, and I started playing the viola when I was in sixth grade. I attended the University of North Texas where I double-majored in music education and viola performance. I have a little black cat, Astro, who is named after my favorite baseball team. I look forward to meeting you this fall, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer!
