GO WARRIORS
Doerre Mission Statement
Doerre Intermediate School is committed to providing an academically sound and socially focused learning environment in which all students are given the opportunity to achieve to their maximum potential.

Integrated with a strong academic program are activities that promote self-worth and discipline, patriotism, citizenship, and respect for authority and others. Inherent in this mission is the belief that Doerre can help produce productive and responsible citizens.
Sporting Event Etiquette
This week we have our 1st volleyball and football games. We would like to take a moment to remind you of proper audience etiquette.

1. All student handbook rules regarding behavior and dress code apply.

2. Remain seated. If you need to take a break, please wait for a break in the game. Do not walk in front of other spectators and do not distract the team/players.

3. If you leave the area, you may not return. Your parents expect you to be at the game, not wandering by Starbucks. For volleyball, this means if you leave the gym you may not return. For football, you may not leave the bleachers.

4. While at the game, it is appropriate to cheer for your team, not against the other team. We expect our fans to show good sportsmanship as well as our teams.

Lastly, although we want our students to come out and support our team, it should not be done at the expense of your grades. It would be more important for you to study then to be sitting at a sporting event.
