I was born in Pennsylvania, but began my musical pursuits in Montana, playing piano as a 3rd grader. In sixth grade I began studying the trombone. Throughout junior high and high school I sang in my school's choir and played in my school's concert band and jazz band. During my college career I studied music education with an emphasis in piano at Philadelphia College of Bible, receiving a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible. After college I moved from Pennsylvania to Texas to study at Dallas Theological Seminary where I received a Master of Theology degree. While serving as a music minister in a Houston area church, I earned a Master of Music degree in choral conducting from the University of Houston. I am now in my third year as a music teacher in Klein ISD at Haude Elementary.
