Thanks to all of the parents and students who made the first nine weeks a "spooktacular" success!!!
The Second nine weeks is in full swing and here are a few highlights of what we are going to learn:
MATH- Division, Division, Division!!! You must know your math facts (56=7x8) to be able to complete division "in the house". That term means two and three digit division where we use the division symbol and work our magic! YOU JUST CAN'T GET AROUND KNOWING YOUR MATH FACTS!

SCIENCE- We will be finishing up on Oceans and weather and moving on to Soil. The OCEANS chapter test will be on THursday Nov. 12. We are also headed to WUNDERLICH FARMS!! It looks like wonderful weather for NOV. 10th.
TECHNOLOGY- We have brand new LAPTOPS!! It is so exciting to all be able to work on the computer at the same time. We will begin with learning.com and First in Math, then I will add math assignments from our online Math book. We will eventually be working with spreadsheets and databases. Everyone needs earphones and if they can find one easily, a flash drive.
