Hi - My name is Mrs. Christiansen and I teach 6th grade Language Arts. The 2008-2009 school year will mark the beginning of my 8th year of teaching reading at Wunderlich Intermediate and my 14th year in education. I am a native Houstonian, attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (Drama major) and a graduate of the University of Houston. I also studied television production at the Don Martin School of Television and Film Production in Los Angeles, California.

I have been married for 20+ years and I have two beautiful daughters, Krystina and Kelli. Krystina will attend Sam Houston State University this fall (political science/pre-law major) and Kelli will attend Klein Oak High School (GO OAK!!!)

My hobbies include gourmet cooking, traveling, digital photography and interior design. I love to read mystery books and watch scary movies. My favorite colors are blue and green and my favorite food is anything Mexican. My petpeeves are people that are dishonest and a messy bedroom.

I enjoy teaching technology and have a great time incorporating technology in my classroom. My goal is to make learning fun while challenging all of my students to reach their highest potential.
