My name is C. Denise Ziegler and I teach Intermediate Physical Education and coach volleyball and basketball for Doerre Intermediate School. I believe physical education is one of the most important classes a person ever takes. It teaches you about your body and how to take care of it for life. When you are old and retired, all you have left is your body. If you learned while you were young how to keep it in shape and take care of it, your chances of having a long and healthy life are much brighter.
