Hello and welcome to the world of English. My name is Mrs. Brunot and I teach English II Pre-AP, focusing on literary analysis, fluency in writing, grammar in context, and building vocabulary skills. I hope students will find the work is challenging but rewarding.

I also teach English III AP Language and Composition, a course which is equivalent to a freshman level college writing course. Students may earn college credit through the College Board AP test in May.

My goal is that my students are able to think critically about any given question, perform to their best on the TAKS test and experience growth as a reader and communicator. I hope to show my students my love of literature and language.
