14 Brill Elementary students just earned First Place for their performance at the State Destination Imagination Tournament held in Katy, TX. Brill entered the competition with two separate teams that both placed in their divisions! The Wind Visible team, lead by Danette Burleigh consists of Cade B., Eléna F., Solis S., Ashley J., Arianna M., Sneha S., and Lane S. The In Disguise team, lead by Maurine Whitney, consists of Callie B., Nicole C., Allie C., Adelaide E., Grace J., Savannah N., and Jenna S. These two BRILLiant teams of fourth and fifth graders are heading to the Global DI Tournament to be held in Tennessee in May.

New attendance information
A written note from a parent or guardian is required within 5 days of a student’s absence. A phone call is appreciated, but a signed note is required for all absences in order to avoid an unexcused absence.

In an effort to be more "green", we will post handouts for Tuesday folders online. Please check our website weekly for new handouts. Paper copies will still be available for those families who still wish to receive them.
