We will be presenting our holiday music on Friday, November 20th at the Dickens on Cypress Creek Festival. The festival is being held on the Cypress Creek Christian Church campus, located at 6823 Cypresswood Drive, between the courthouse and the library. All ensemble members wishing to participate need to arrive at the church by 3:50. We will begin lining up and assembling on stage at 4:00, and will perform at 4:15. Parents, family and friends are encouraged to come hear us and enjoy the festival afterward! As always, concert attire will be the Benignus ensemble shirt, tucked into nice blue jeans.

The Chorale at Benignus is open to all 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. We meet on Tuesdays at 7:30am. Along with our other performing groups, we give concerts a couple times a year.

This group of auditioned 5th graders meets on Friday mornings @ 7:30. We perform on all ensemble concerts and at the annual International Day festival. Admittance into the group requires a year-long committment. In addition, all interested students must have a classroom teacher recommendation to be considered. Periodic grade and conduct checks are made throughout the year to ensure the motto, Discipline Respect Unity Through Music, is being upheld by all members. All 4th and 5th grade students are invited to audition for the Benignus Orff Ensemble. These selected students rehearse on Monday mornings at 7:30 and perform on all ensemble concerts. For more information, please contact Mrs. Jill Massa.
