I am so pleased to be teaching at Benignus again this year. I teach part-time and will be here Mon. mornings and all day on Tues. and Wed. I began teaching music in Spring ISD in 1992. After 7 years in the classroom, and 7 years at home with my kids, I returned to teaching in Klein ISD 3 years ago. My proudest professional honor was when the Spring ISD Honor Choir under my direction was selected to perform as a state honor choir for TMEA in 1999. I have been married to Tom, a band director in Cy-Fair ISD, for 18 years and we have 2 boys. Robert is in 8th grade at Strack Int. and is first chair trumpet in symphonic band. Adam is in 4th grade at Benfer Elem. and plays piano. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy photography, teaching bible study, going to movies and traveling with my family. We are going to have an AWESOME year!

My name is Mrs. Massa. I am so excited to be job-sharing with Mrs. Thompson this year. I received my music degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been a musician for most of my life and hope to pass on my passion for music to my students. One of my goals is to help every student experience the joy of music through singing, movement and playing instruments. My husband and I have two sons who are also accomplished musicians. My oldest son, John is heading off to Baylor this year. My son Michael is a sophomore at Klein Oak High School. I am looking forward to a great year at Benignus.

My name is Mrs. Pam Raddin and I am thrilled to be teaching at Benignus. I have taught elementary in the Klein District for 8 years, most recently at Northampton Elementary. I have taught Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, Fifth Grade and this year, I am, once again, teaching music. I live in Windrose with my husband, two children, Matthew (9) and Bethany (6), and my Chihuahua, Tasha. When I am not at school, you'll find me either teaching group piano lessons, directing the children's choirs and handbells at my church, or curled up with a good book. Most of all, though, I just love hanging out with my kids. I can't wait to meet all of the new leopards and I look forward to being a part of this wonderful community we call Benignus!

What an honor to be here at Benignus Elementary! After receiving my music degree from Houston Baptist University my husband and I decided to start a family. I have enjoyed staying home with our two beautiful daughters while teaching private voice lessons and directing the children's choir program for my church. I have been teaching music in one way or another to children and adults for ten years and now I am so excited to be a part of our faculty teaching music every day. Music is a passion of mine that I hope to pass on to my students at Benignus. I truly believe in the importance of music education and I hope that my students enjoy every minute they have in music class. I hope that each student walks away from our school with a life long love and appreciation of music.
