On the 5th of February 2009 the G.E.N.T.S. club presented one of Klein Independant School District's illustrious employee's,Dr. L. S. Spencer. Dr. Spencer is the Executive Director of Human Resources. He is the primary responsible person for employment in the Klein School District and lectured on the importance of an positive image and;

1. When interviewing appearance means a lot, shirt in, pants up, well groomed etc.

2. When interviewing being able to express yourself intelligently is expected.

3. A well written resume, correct form.

4. A firm hand shake.

5. Look at the person in the eyes when talking.

6. No the job description, remember you get paid for what you know.

7. Be positive about yourself.

8. Prepare for your future now.

9. Listen attentively to the questions being asked.

10. Be prepared to tell interviewer about yourself and why you are the best person for the job.

11. Wear a nice suit and tie.

12. Be early for the interview.
