The G.E.N.T.S. Meeting on the 5th of March 2009 promoted physical fitness awareness and featured a real "fitness guru", Ty Rolle. He pumped knowledge into us and exhibited conditioning drills such as ; |

1. A popular balance diet in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals is essential.
2. Exercise with a friend or group if that will help you stay motivated.
3. Set small goals and reward yourself along the way.

5. Popular exercise methods include jogging, cycling, and the use of body building machines.
